Alex, excellent point. As Struthers said. it is strange but what is normally the safe sector in their funds, the bonds are destroying them. Here is a chart of the iShares US long bond etf and it has dropped a whopping -38% in less than 2 years.

How safe is that

Quite amazing when 2022 was a bear market and now is more than twice as bad???

This stock does not trade like there is so many interested investors or a company starting a drilling program on high potential targets.

Sounds like they will just sit on it for 5 years at least which gets them out of paying 40 million.
Seems like Zonte shouldn't hold their breath. They have been waiting along time and will continue to wait.
Maybe its time for Zonte to cut its losses and move on?
