yes, the banks and funds use them too. Maybe some day us smaller traders will get something, but the regulators should be leveling the playing field or the TSX should get their systems up to par

iroc short volume report out for 2 weeks to Sept 15, only shows 500 volume

Yesterday all 3 trades were sellers, probably shorts - selling on those other platforms. Also 12,000 was from Jitney, probably moving a short position so it does not get reported. The reason there was 2 cent trades this week, was probably a failed tactic to try and scare investors to sell so they can cover. That is my take on it

people who bought between $0.30 and $0.40 will want to sell to break even, they aren't in for the long run.

These other platforms are mainly used by computer programs and for shorting, they can front run tsxv orders so can easily cover shorts. This is going on with every stock listed in the U.S. and Canada
