Remember, only buy physical silver. This poor guy mentioned in a Sprott article tried to redeem his silver certificate at TD bank, which he is paying a storage fee for and was told he could only get cash.

First Majestic Silver CEO Keith Neumeyer today tells Daniela Cambone of Kitco News that "the paper markets are completely a fallacy" and First Majestic is withholding sales of its metal in anticipation of higher prices. "It's a very tight market," Neumeyer adds, "and now you can't buy any metal at all."

Yesterday was a typical bear raid or manipulation, a desperate move by the shorts.

I guess the bears did not like my chart in yesterdays newsletter as a while after I sent it out they sold 115 million ounces of silver in a few minutes yesterday driving the price below the technical $18 level.

Some call it manipulation and to be politically correct I call these bear raids. For perspective, there are only two countries in the world that produce that much silver in one year, Mexico and Peru.

This type of selling is only for one purpose and that is to drive the price down.
To me it shows an act of desperation by the shorts. They are very worried about something. In fact they are in panic.

Silver holdings of global exchange-traded funds posted their largest inflow in five weeks Wednesday, although gold ETFs saw outflows, says Commerzbank. “The gold ETFs tracked by Bloomberg recorded their second noticeable outflow within just a few days, at four tones,” Commerzbank says. “By contrast, silver ETFs saw inflows of nearly 53 tonnes yesterday, their highest daily inflow in five weeks.
