from 2 cents to 12 cents and great volume. as well I bet more shares where traded in the 10 cent range than the 2 cent range over the last year.

No it just means they have been granted options. The previous management options expired so basically they re-instated. It is often a good sign because management sometimes does this before they expect the stock to go higher

does this mean there already exercised there options?
